If someone is housed in one of our county jails but the bond is for a county outside our 7 service counties, the typical fee is 15%.

  • Terms are still case-by-case depending on charges, amount, and procedures.

Our service counties generally fall under 10%. A bond issued by a county outside our listed service counties may fall under 15% when housed in our county jails.
How long does it take for someone to be released?
Release times vary by jail workload, staffing, and processing. We’ll tell you what’s typical for the jail involved.
What if I don’t know the bond amount yet?
That’s okay. Call us with the person’s name, DOB, and jail location — we can help you figure out what’s posted or what the next step is.
